Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving team performance, operational efficiency, and employee development.
  • Lead with a people-first mindset, providing mentorship and coaching while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Oversees Pod Leads and bookkeeping operations, ensuring adherence to processes, quality standards, and deadlines
  • Optimize workflows, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for shaping learning and development strategies, addressing skill gaps, and supporting career growth through structured training and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Australian bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Xero and a deep understanding of bookkeeping best practices.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, or managing a team in a similar operational environment.
