About the job IVD Sales Representative
Our client is a leading global medical technology company that provides innovative healthcare solutions in the Philippines. Known for its advanced medical devices and equipment, that specializes in areas such as patient monitoring, imaging systems, and in vitro diagnostics, aiming to enhance the quality of healthcare delivery in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business breakthrough in Mid-High segment of In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Be able to identify or analyze different customers requirement, procurement process on high segment customers, and competition analysis in each different business segment.
- Develops or grow business on new or existing Key Customers (Accounts) per region by having a thorough understanding of its needs and requirements
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and business partners/distribution channels
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of total 10 years work experience, at least 8 years sales and marketing experience in IVD related product field
- Familiar with hematology, biochemistry, immunology product etc., and well know customers' needs in each different market segment.
- Self-motivated and has a good teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
