Virtual Resource Hub Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversees multiple engagements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality services.
• Manages engagement coordination and contributes to meeting revenue and profit targets, ensuring engagement realization and resource allocation.
• Assists in reviewing the work of less experienced audit team members.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal and external staff at middle to senior levels.
• Enhances quality in response to stakeholder needs and external regulatory requirements.
• Selects and utilizes the most suitable resources, tools, and capabilities (e.g., standardized audit methods and Data & Analytics) to enhance quality.
• Conducts fundamental accounting research to ensure the client's accounting practices align with their policies and the relevant framework.
• Ensures that engagement files are organized within an appropriate timeframe after finalizing engagement reports and that documentation meets firm requirements.

Qualifications: 

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Has at least 4 years of experience in the external audit
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work be seconded to international engagements virtually and work on shifting
  schedules

Location: Makati

Work set-up: Hybrid (2-3x a week onsite)

Schedule: Dayshift
