Technical Engineer (Hydraulics)

The Technical Engineer facilitates the companys mission of providing innovative solutions to the construction market particularly in the hydraulic sector. He/she is a highly skilled problem solver and has a high level of technical knowledge on the assigned sector. He/she will work with complex projects and will be able to leverage the companies resources (technical know-how, softwares, etc) in designing, developing and integrating companys solutions to the projects.

Responsibilities:

• Be fully aware of the technical and commercial attributes of competitor products and systems.
• Generate and present technical presentations and seminars online to the engineering and technical teams of developers, contractors, engineering consultants, and government agencies.
• Be capable of carrying out detailed design work on company's core range of solutions.
• Performing site inspections during construction to ensure that plans and specifications comply with the design and manufacturers product application standards.
• Participate and be active in events such as the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers to maintain and develop a relationship within the group.
• Develop technical skills needed to help in providing assistance and engineering solutions to customers.
• Establish credibility in representing the company in all engagements.
• Participate and be active in Professional Engineering Organizations. Maintain and develop relationships within the group.
• Build an open, effective, and consistent communication channel with all employees.
• Maintain good working relationships with the team and always work with courtesy.
• All requests, proposals, and reports must be based on CRM

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Has extensive knowledge of geology and civil engineering.
• Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction related industries
• At least 2 years technical/ relevant experience related to the job
