About the job Senior Actuarial Analyst

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst on the Individual Marketplace Actuarial Team, you will support the profitable growth of the business through complex projects such as financial modeling, data analysis, intellectual capital development, and internal reporting. Reporting to the Chief Actuary, you'll collaborate with BDOs actuarial teams and consultants across Health & Benefits and Retirement practices.

Your responsibilities include overseeing timely and accurate actuarial work, ensuring data integrity in models, and delivering quantitative insights to guide strategic decisions. Youll also engage with carriers and vendors on product design and pricing while building expertise in individual and retiree health insurance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm or health insurance carrier
  • Must have experience with retiree health care benefits and insurance.
  • Bachelors degree
  • ASA
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time
  • Executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
  • Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, SQL, Python software expertise a huge plus (Excel is a must)

Location: Taguig

Work set-up: Hybrid (min. of x4 monthly or once a week)

Schedule: Night-shift
