About the job Facilities Project Manager
A growing global force in the Healthcare Services BPO is hiring a Senior Facilities & Real Estate Project Manager who will lead and manage high-level projects on facilities, hubs, and real estate property. You will work closely with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders and supervise Junior Facilities & Real Estate Project Manager ensuring compliance with safety and emergency procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Overseeing daily activities related to facility projects, including maintenance and housekeeping. Ensures team coordination, sets performance goals, and implements strategies for project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acts as the main contact between internal and external stakeholders for improvement projects, monitoring progress, addressing issues, and updating stakeholders regularly.
- Collaboration: Works with internal teams, contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure effective coordination, high-quality work, timely completion, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Capital Improvement Projects: Manages capital improvement, infrastructure upgrades, and renovations. This involves identifying improvement areas, conducting feasibility studies, developing budgets, managing contractors, and ensuring project completion within budget.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures projects comply with building codes and regulations, evaluates technical specifications, and oversees site inspections to ensure alignment with engineering plans and standards.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Identifies and implements opportunities for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmentally friendly practices in projects.
- Data Analysis: Gathers and analyzes project data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Develops financial models, assesses project risks, and evaluates different scenarios.
- Supervision: Oversees the Facilities & Real Estate Project Manager and 3rd party vendors. Manages daily tasks, schedules work shifts, provides training, and monitors performance with a focus on safety and emergency procedures.
- Staff Development: Prepares and implements staff work plans, conducts regular check-ins and performance reviews, and participates in senior leadership meetings as a content expert.
- Documentation and Proposals: Maintains accurate records of project documentation, drafts RFPs for external contractors, tracks projects in facilities management software, and seeks funding opportunities to support development goals.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer
- Extensive experience in Vendor Management
- Solid background in Project Management (certification is a plus) and leading projects that are more than 10Ksqm (preferably in the BPO industry)
- Articulate and excellent negotiator
- Knowledgeable in PEZA, BOI reporting
Work Setup: Full Onsite
Shift Schedule: Generally Mid-Shift
