The HRIS Analyst will be an integral member of a team providing global system support across various HR functions, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of the SuccessFactors platform. Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize projects, and the capability to manage confidential information are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and optimal system performance.
  • Utilize reporting tools to generate standard and ad-hoc reports, supporting decision-making and providing insights into HR metrics.
  • Implement stringent data validation and quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR and IT teams to test new functionalities during system upgrades, involving relevant business users as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Coordinators, HR Business Partners, and Payroll to troubleshoot queries in Employee Central for various modules, including Onboarding, Employee Central Core, and Recruiting.
  • Assist with employee data entry and system maintenance tasks as required.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for HRIS procedures.
  • Work with the manager on special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years Employee Central experience or more
    • Proven experience in system administration, implementation, and optimization.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
    • Self-starter
    • Ability to work individually and in a team
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities required
    • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Understanding of system and integration processes
    • BS degree plus 5 years' professional HR experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRIS experience)
    • HRIS experience with SuccessFactors system required particularly with Employee Central

    Preferred Qualifications

    • SuccessFactors Compensation experience a plus
    • Project Management experience a plus
    • Global Cloud HCM system implementation experience a plus
    • EC/Comp SFX accreditation a plus

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-3x a week)

Schedule: Night-shift
