Product Specialist - Senior Officer 

About the role

The Product Specialist Sr. Officer supports customers through telecommunications, assists with refinancing options, and manages contract completion procedures to ensure seamless and compliant transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers regarding refinancing options.
• Assist customers in navigating contract completion procedures.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers via telecommunication.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Document and track customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Product Specialist for Auto Loans
• Preferably from Banking or Financing Industry
• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of automobile loan products, processes, documentation, and encumbrances
• Sufficient telecall experience - ability to talk and get the target audience interested in in the product is required
• Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, Philippines

Location, Schedule, and Setup

• Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong
• 100% onsite
• Monday-Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 PM)
