Associate Business Analyst
About the job Associate Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
- Design, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
- Sound knowledge on developing process maps, BRDs and other documentation required such as prototype to build a solution
- Collaboration and engagements with the other support functions like Operational Excellence, RPA, OGA automation team, IT and other cross functional teams
- Perform analysis on defect trends to identify the root cause
- Dashboards - adapting and implementing new reporting standard such as Tableau, Power BI et., to provide automated real time reporting solutions
- Employee should have experience working with US leaders and understanding their asks in detail
- Audit paid claims data to identify overpayment particularly related to contracts and documentation requirements within medical records
- Investigate and identify the overpayments on all claim types to generate medical cost savings
- Identify potential overpayment identification concepts for prepay and post pay businesses across the payment integrity
- Create and maintain dashboards to accurately represent the state of Quality, Coaching, and Key Operational Performance metrics
- Ability to cater ADHOC reporting and analysis requests
- Ability to independently gather criteria for data analysis basis leadership requirements
- Examine, assess, and document business operations and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and excellence
- Employee should be innovative and have ability to solve business problems
- Use pertinent data and facts to ideate, identify and solve a range of problems within any area in Payment Integrity
- Ability to communicate the outcome of this research in a manner suitable for the intended audience
- Ability to work with less structured, more complex issues
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse and matrixed teams
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in problem solving through innovation & Ideation
- 2+ years as SME / Domain Expert / Quality Auditor / Training roles
- Experience of managing & implementing at least 2- 3 projects end to end in last 24 months
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of data visualization & analysis experience using one or more applications like PowerBI or Tableau
- MS Excel advanced knowledge
