About the job FX Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute regional sales strategies and initiatives in alignment with Business Unit goals.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities that cater to client needs and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure ongoing business growth.
  • Identify and generate leads for potential clients to expand the bank's client base, while ensuring KYC procedures are followed by Relationship Managers.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to facilitate the sale of financial market products to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop tailored sales plans for individual clients to ensure alignment with their specific needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to RMB Business Growth: Assist in driving and growing the RMB business with local financial institutions and corporate clients.
  • Product Training and Education: Provide training on financial products to local financial institutions, corporates, associations, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge.
  • Product Development and Enhancement: Collaborate in conceptualizing new products or improving existing offerings based on market trends and client feedback, ensuring a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • With at least 7 years of banking experience
  • With BAPs Treasury Certification Program (preferred)
  • With SEC license as Fixed Income Sales Person (preferred)
