Position: HR SSC Trainer
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR SSC Trainer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing company and make a significant impact in the development of our HR SSC training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for our HR Shared Service Center (SSC) team, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans to address any skill gaps
- Collaborate with HR SSC managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives and support the development of the team
- Design and implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date
- Provide coaching and support to HR SSC team members to reinforce learning and promote continuous development
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to share knowledge and best practices across the organization
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress, and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an HR SSC environment
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures, with experience in HR SSC operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training to a diverse audience
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for continuous learning and development, with a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Professional certification in training and development is a plus
