Treasury Officer
The Treasury Officer position will be responsible completing Treasury tasks accurately and on a timely basis. The role will work closely with the Senior Treasury Officer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the below tasks that is assigned to them by the Senior Treasury Officer, including but not limited to:
- Treasury Operations
- Collating and preparing stakeholder reporting accurately and on a timely basis
- Monitoring, saving and filing emails correctly in the group inbox
- Running reports for the team as required
- Uploading Data files for RBA reporting
- Preparing investor reporting for review and uploading the files on our investor portal.
- Performing loan swaps and preparing relevant paperwork.
- Preparing payment directions for review and sending to the Trustee for payment
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets in accordance with procedures.
- Ensuring data integrity, cleansing pool data and high-level reconciliation of the movement report.
Requirements:
- Intermediate excel skills
- Good time management skills
- Attention to details and analytical skills
- Experience in working in a Treasury team
- Non-bank / Securitisation
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail, a mature positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent numerical skills.
- A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm and ethical behaviour and accountable for
- tasks performed.
- Honest and open both in actions and words with a drive to achieve results without
- sacrificing culture
Work Setup:
Shift: 7AM-4PM
Setup: Onsite
Location: Pasig
