A growing insurance company offering a wide range of products including motor, property, and personal accident insurance is looking for a Sales Leader (CDO).

Summary of the role

As a Sales Officer/Leader, you'll be tasked with ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our branch office. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting business targets. This position demands strong leadership abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of our organization's products, services, and objectives.

Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):

Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee branch activities and implement operational policies.
  • Monitor performance and ensure compliance with regulations.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team.
  • Provide guidance and conduct performance evaluations.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Address inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop strategies to meet sales targets and recruit agents.
  • Identify market trends and expand the customer base.

Financial Management

  • Manage the branch budget and ensure profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate reporting.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate operational and security risks.
  • Implement and enforce safety measures and incident response procedures.

Qualifications:

          • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
          • At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role preferably in Branch Management
          • At least 3 years experience in People Management
          • Must have proven experience in Non-Life and Life Insurance
          • Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.
          • Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results.
          • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
          • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.

Training:

  • Foundational Training such as Basic Non-life Insurance, Advanced courses in Motor, Fire/Property, Marine and Cargo, and Casualty Insurance; Sales Management; Client Management; People Management

Work Setup: Onsite
