Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including executive and senior-level positions, across multiple business units.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, and provide strategic input on hiring processes.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
- Collaborate with department heads and leadership to understand future hiring needs and create workforce planning strategies.
- Support the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals by implementing recruitment strategies that promote diversity in hiring.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating terms, and overseeing performance to ensure effective support for hard-to-fill roles.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related courses.
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing for accounting role like tax and deal advisory.
