Scrum Lead

Our client is a multinational Healthcare Technology Solutions company.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be working with 2 Agile Scrum teams each with 6-7 Full Stack Software Engineers and other cross-functional partners.
• Lead scrum team ceremonies and guide the team on Agile best practices
• Collaborates with Product Team/Stakeholders to communicate a clear & compelling product vision.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Leading Scrum teams
• 3+ years of experience in any agile scaling frameworks such as Scaled Agile, LSS, or Scrum of Scrums
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Project Management tools
• Experience with cross-functional software engineering teams

Work Setup:

Shift:  Mid Shift 2 PM-11 PM flexible

Setup: Hybrid, every 2 weeks (1 day)

Location: Cebu City (Cebu IT Park)
