Benefits Administrator (Global)
- Address and resolve U.S. benefits-related concerns using established guidelines, ensuring cases are handled efficiently.
- Manage and oversee daily benefits processing and case resolution for both U.S. and U.K. (London) employees, including enrollments, health insurance policies, wellness programs, claims, reimbursements, eligibility, and savings/investment plans.
- Verify that all benefits invoices and premium billings align with employee eligibility and vendor agreements before submitting them to Payroll for timely payment.
- Prepare U.S. payroll deduction reports, ensuring accuracy in benefits deductions and retroactive adjustments for all employees before each payroll cycle.
- Identify U.S. and non-U.S. employees/partners eligible for the International Health Insurance Plan (IHIP) and send enrollment notifications detailing coverage, premium costs, and enrollment procedures.
- Generate and reconcile U.S. pension reports against payroll records, flagging any discrepancies or audit findings to the Retirement Benefits Manager and Payroll.
- Prepare local billing reports, incorporating firm premiums, employee contributions, firm subsidies, and enrollments for LTD and life insurance.
- Generate and manage ad-hoc reports using Benefits Portals, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow to provide accurate data upon request.
- Complete assigned cases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure records are managed in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Minimum 1year experience in US, global benefits, and/or local benefits administration (Life/health insurance, pension etc)
- Bachelors degree or Completed 2 years in college
- Customer Service oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience in Billing, invoicing, reconciliation (a plus)
- Experience in Tools/systems - Benefex, WorkDay, PeopleSoft (a plus)
Location: Makati
Schedule: Shifting schedule (24/5 support)
Work setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite but will become 3days by June2025)
