IT Project Manager (Finance Systems/Core Systems/Packaged Applications)

The Role:

We are looking for 3 Project and Implementation Managers specializing in Finance Systems, Core Systems, and Packaged Application Systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Project Implementation from designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating Finance Systems, Core Systems, and/or Packaged Application Systems projects across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the planning, researching, testing, and implementing new tools and technologies, and lead the migration of old systems to new systems and applications.
• Coordinate project schedules
• Assist with budget and resource planning
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues

Qualifications:

Project & Implementation Manager (Finance Systems)

• With a strong experience in SAP FICO and an understanding of cost allocations, budgets, budgeting systems, and how they connect to the business
• In-depth experience working with vendors
• People Management can handle Medium-Large scale teams
• Assertive and firm
• Minimum of 10 years background in Project/Product Management of Financial Systems.

Project & Implementation Manager (Core Systems)

• Has strong experience as a Project and Implementation Manager for a wide range of system implementations including the new core systems to replace NIIS and other centralized existing systems that support the fundamental business operations, and introducing AI, CRM, and ERP, to name a few.
• In-depth experience working with vendors
• People Management handled large teams
• Project Management expert with in-depth experience in implementation
• Assertive, firm, tough, headstrong personality
• Minimum of 10 years experience background in Project Management of Core Systems.

Project & Implementation Manager (Packaged Applications)

• Project and Implementation Manager for Packaged Systems/Applications (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, etc)
• In-depth experience working with vendors
• Assertive, firm, tough, headstrong personality
• With 5-8+ years of experience

Work Setup: Hybrid (2x-3x a week)

Shift Schedule: Day Shift
