1. Onboarding Process Management
- Oversee and improve the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
- Maintain structured onboarding checklists and timelines.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and hiring managers to streamline onboarding.
- Ensure compliance by managing documentation and audits.
2. New Hire Orientation
- Design and lead engaging orientation programs covering company culture, policies, and expectations.
- Facilitate team-building activities to create a welcoming environment.
3. Post-Onboarding Support
- Provide ongoing support to new hires, addressing concerns and monitoring progress.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and training needs.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze onboarding metrics (completion rates, retention, satisfaction).
- Generate reports and optimize the onboarding experience using data-driven insights.
5. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure onboarding aligns with company policies and legal standards.
- Protect candidate data and maintain accurate onboarding records.
- Implement feedback-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- At least 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles.
- Proven experience in managing onboarding for tech professionals or working in a tech recruitment environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, confidential records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and documentation best practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining onboarding records and legal documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with new hires and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)w
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
