About the job HR Supervisor
The HR Supervisor manages daily HR functions and office administration, ensuring legal compliance, efficient employee support, and implementation of HR policies. The role also oversees recruitment, employee relations, and administrative services to maintain smooth organizational operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on day-to-day HR activities.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and employee development.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and other HR matters.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations, including PEZA
- requirements
- Manage office and plant administrative services including janitorial, utility,
- security, and vehicle coordination.
- Handle processing and renewal of government permits and licenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field. - with around 3 to 5 years of overall HR experience
- Must have 1 year of experience in HR supervisory role
- Must have PEZA zone experience and handled all facets of HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong knowledge of PEZA policies and regulations.
- Experience in handling PEZA documentation and compliance.
- Willing to work full onsite
Location: Dasmariñas, Cavite
Setup: Full onsite setup (Monday - Saturday)
