Summary:
We are hiring on behalf of a leading IT services and consulting firm with a strong presence in North America. This organization partners with Global companies to deliver innovative digital, data, and technology solutions across industries. They are currently seeking a Training (Talent Development) Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Language, Voice & Accent, and Soft Skills training (for both voice and non-voice teams) via classroom and virtual formats
- Conduct daily audits (voice, email, chat) and support floor activities in coordination with business stakeholders
- Report and track training effectiveness and project outcomes
- Interview and assess new hires for communication and soft skills
- Conduct regular follow-ups with trainees and team members to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with operations to address training needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to training activities
- Interviewing new hires
- Regular and continuous touch base with floor and trainees to map improvement
- Willing to work in shifts
Qualifications:
- 12-18 months of experience as a Trainer, preferably with an Insurance or Retail background
- Strong communication skills; CEFR C1 level or equivalent in English
- Proven experience in voice and accent training delivery
- US English proficiency (prior experience supporting Canadian clients is preferred)
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and feedback skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Instructional design skills (nice to have)

Work Setup: Hybrid (Candidate must be willing to work onsite if needed_
