Creative and Communications Officer

As a dedicated and experienced Creative and Communications Officer, you will be a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will play a key role in driving the ambitious global growth strategy for the company, ensuring the seamless execution and success of all creative projects across both digital and physical channels. Leveraging your account director experience, you will collaborate closely with seasoned brand and strategy advisors within the companys collaborative and dynamic environment. This role requires a mix of creativity, leadership, and project management skills to ensure the department meets its strategic and operational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Collaborate with brand and strategy advisors to align the departments strategic goals with the company's global ambitions.
    • Manage resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of budget and personnel across projects.
    • Contribute to Senior Leadership Team discussions, providing insights from the creative department to support broader company strategies.
  2. Project Management:
    • Oversee daily operations within the creative department, focusing on streamlining workflows and meeting deadlines.
    • Manage and prioritize project requests from internal teams and external clients.
    • Ensure clear task delegation to team members, maintaining open communication about responsibilities and expectations.
  3. Client & Consultant Collaboration:
    • Act as the main liaison between internal clients, stakeholders, partners, and the creative team.
    • Set and manage client expectations throughout the creative process, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.
    • Build strong collaborations between internal team members and external partners (vendors, clients, suppliers).
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Continuously assess departmental processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement new tools and technologies to enhance workflows and optimize project management.
    • Develop project tracking systems to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Team Leadership & Development:
    • Mentor and guide the Creative and Marketing Communications team, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
    • Identify training opportunities to help team members enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving within the department.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7-8 years of experience in a creative agency or marketing department, with a background in leading creative teams.
  • Strong account management experience, particularly in handling client relationships.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Proven organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of creative design principles and workflow management.

Work Setup:

Work Schedule: Onsite - 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT

Work Set-up: Cebu City
