Job Description

Our client is one of the leading, trusted, and innovative Digital Banks in the country.

Responsibilities:

• Heads the Compliance Division, executing required compliances and mitigating risks within the bank's operations. Serve as the central point of contact between the bank and regulatory bodies, ensuring the bank adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the Bank's Compliance Management Program by planning, organizing, and controlling the bank's day-to-day administrative and operational compliance activities.
• Providing strategic direction to the management team on compliance and preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Board.
• Oversee and attend to major and critical regulatory issues and concerns affecting the bank operations and make necessary recommendations to resolve various regulatory concerns/issues

Requirements:

• Solid experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles from foreign, multinational, universal, commercial, or digital banks.
• A bachelor's and/or master's degree in law, business administration, or a related field
• An effective leader who can manage teams, inspire others, and provide sound advice to business units.

Work Setup:

Setup: Hybrid (3X onsite per week)
