Sales Manager (MLM) Role Overview
Role Summary: As a Sales Manager (MLM), youll define and drive the business development strategy, working closely with top management. Your focus will be on leading sales and account management activities, expanding the team of business builders and sales leaders, and achieving the company's sales and recruitment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Guide and support business builders and sales leaders in meeting sales and recruitment goals.
- Recruitment & Development: Expand the team by recruiting and developing new business leaders.
- Market Analysis: Improve product marketability and profitability through market research and opportunity identification.
- Sales Planning: Develop annual sales quotas and marketing plans; forecast sales volume and set targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze trends, monitor competition, and manage supply and demand.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Experience: Over 10 years in sales management, preferably in an international or MNC MLM company, with experience leading teams.
- Skills: Excellent English communication (both written and spoken), strong motivational and interpersonal skills.
