About the job Sales Specialist
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (Medical/Business related)
- 2-3 years of Sales experience in the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To achieve Distributor in Market Sales target leading to monthly trade sales delivery
- To develop new business, account and introduce new and existing products to customer with execution of clinical and science-based field activities
- To develop and initiate sales and marketing plans in each geographic responsibility
- To develop and manage Key Strategic Customers and ensure Distributor SFKPIs are met
- To organize a meeting with Distributor to exchange market, competitor and customer information, and discuss how to achieve our target, how to overcome competitors, facilitate correct ordering based on sales funnel, etc. regularly
- Any information, documents, requirement by BU Leader, must submit in time
- To complete a project, any job assigned by BU Leader in line with the collective MCS objectives.
