Job Description:
- Functional knowledge: Retail/ POS / ERP Knowledge.
- Expert in Solutioning, Issue analysis
- Internet Savvy
- Strong Database Understanding
- Handling various activities of the project like information gathering, analyzing the information gathered, documenting the functional or business requirements.
- To make the Test plan for the testing team.
- To do the User acceptance testing in the final project.
- Adept at Retail Processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as Support Analyst
- With experience in Business Analysis and UAT
- SQL Server 2005/ SQL 2008 / SQL 2010 / SQL 2012, PL-SQL
Set up: Remote
Work hours: 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
