Job Description:

  • Functional knowledge: Retail/ POS / ERP Knowledge.
  • Expert in Solutioning, Issue analysis
  • Internet Savvy
  • Strong Database Understanding
  • Handling various activities of the project like information gathering, analyzing the information gathered, documenting the functional or business requirements.
  • To make the Test plan for the testing team.
  • To do the User acceptance testing in the final project.
  • Adept at Retail Processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as Support Analyst
  • With experience in Business Analysis and UAT
  • SQL Server 2005/ SQL 2008 / SQL 2010 / SQL 2012, PL-SQL

Set up: Remote

Work hours: 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
