About the job Finance Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Supports the oversight of accounting and financial reporting functions.
- Conducts in-depth financial analyses and monitors performance indicators such as sales pricing, volumes, rebates, product mix, and other metrics to ensure effective cash mill net management and margin optimization. Also tracks logistics and distribution expenses, including the use and efficiency of haulers, time-chartered vessels, trucks, and ships.

Provides timely and accurate data to the Accounting, Reporting, and Internal Controls team for periodic internal reporting.

Assists in preparing the mid-term business plan, annual budget, performance reviews, rolling forecasts, and other reports aligned with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Supports the preparation and evaluation of CAPEX proposals, ensuring proper documentation, approval, progress tracking, and completion of capital projects in accordance with company policies.

Develops and delivers management reports and analyses as needed.

Participates in special projects and provides ad hoc financial analysis when required.

Drives process enhancements by leveraging modern technologies and continuously evaluating existing business practices.

Upholds the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all professional interactions.
Requirements:
- CPA or non-CPA with proven cost accounting experience
- 2-4 years experience in cost accounting, with exposure to planning and forecasting
- Open to profiles from audit firms with relevant cost analysis background
- Experience with SAP
Work Setup:
- Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig
- Wok set-up: Hybrid 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite
- Dayshift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
