Responsibility:
- Managing and developing relationships with clients
- Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
- Connecting to key business executives
- Understand customers business issues, desired business outcomes and recommend solutions based on Contrasts best practices
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
Essential Skills
- Excellent organizational, adaptability, critical and strategic thinking, and communication skills
- 5+ years in a customer-facing Account Management position
- Ability to understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Managing and developing relationships with clients- Top Management/CEO/CIO/COO and the likes
- Experience within the SaaS/ Software sales & E-commerce, and/or retail tech industries
Desired Skills
- Strong customer relationship building. Analytical and problem-solving skills
- With extensive sales and account management experience- 3 years and above
- With extensive upselling/cross-selling/relationship building experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- With IT Saas Sales background
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
