Responsibility:

  • Managing and developing relationships with clients
  • Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Connecting to key business executives
  • Understand customers business issues, desired business outcomes and recommend solutions based on Contrasts best practices
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written

Essential Skills

  • Excellent organizational, adaptability, critical and strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing Account Management position
  • Ability to understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Managing and developing relationships with clients- Top Management/CEO/CIO/COO and the likes
  • Experience within the SaaS/ Software sales & E-commerce, and/or retail tech industries

Desired Skills

  • Strong customer relationship building. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • With extensive sales and account management experience- 3 years and above
  • With extensive upselling/cross-selling/relationship building experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • With IT Saas Sales background
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
