Sales Leader- Cebu

A growing insurance company offering a wide range of products including motor, property, and personal accident insurance is looking for a Sales Leader/Manager (Cebu).

Responsibilities:

• As a Sales Leader (Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and Other Distribution Channels), you will be responsible for overseeing the branch office's efficient and effective operation.
• You will play a crucial role in managing the branch's day-to-day activities
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Achieving business objectives
• This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role preferably in Branch Management
• At least 3 years experience in People Management
• Must have experience in Non-Life and Life Insurance
• Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.
