Enterprise Risk Manager

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure business continuity and operational resilience, in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential operational, compliance, and strategic risks.

• Business Continuity Planning: Develop, implement, and regularly test business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the resilience against disruptions.

• Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain risk management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor risk indicators and performance metrics, producing regular reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

• Crisis Management: Lead crisis management efforts during incidents, ensuring effective response and recovery in line with established plans.

• Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote risk awareness and business continuity practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations risk, business continuity management, or related fields, preferably in the retail banking industry.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management and business continuity.
