About the job Supply Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Supply Department, including administration, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse management.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor short and long-term departmental goals, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Manage the Supply Department budget, providing monthly reports and ensuring cost control.
  • Oversee procurement activities, review purchase requisitions, forecast demand, negotiate supply agreements, and build relationships with reliable suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and compliant logistics, including transportation, import permits, and shipment routing.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, and oversee the protection of company assets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, staff training, and succession planning to build a high-performing team.
  • Implement innovative systems to enhance safety and security, including biometrics, CCTV, and barcode systems.
  • Maintain compliance with Philippine customs laws and international regulations related to procurement and logistics.
  • Conduct risk management activities within the supply chain and oversee the companys chemical register and safety audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Materials and Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine customs laws and international procurement standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Proficiency in computing systems related to supply chain and inventory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
