Mandarin / Korean Marketing Host

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Enrolls new members and offers thorough assistance throughout the registration process at the Membership and Rewards counter, VIP counter, and on the mass gaming floor.
- Provides comprehensive assistance with the issuance of complimentary items (gifts, transportation, food and beverage, and/or rooms) while adhering to the approver and allowable transaction amount matrix.
- Assists in organizing and facilitating promotions and events, including VIP and mass gaming floor events.
- Processes and up-sells Reward Circle Collection products, including Discretionary Complimentary items.
- Manages inventory for Rewards Circle Collection items, coordinating with Executive Host and Assistant Manager.
- Handles accurate redemption, registration, and other necessary actions critical to the success of promotions and seamless execution.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations such as PAGCOR, Data Privacy Act, and Anti-Money Laundering.
- Maintains, assists, and develops business connections with current and prospective patrons; refers potential patrons to the Premium Development and Business Development teams.
- Proactively assists and anticipates customer needs, delivering personalized experiences while upholding high standards.
- Addresses inquiries and concerns that require attention from Jr. Host/Host – Club Operations, Mass Operations, or Premium Operations.
- Coordinates among different departments to ensure smooth and unified service delivery to patrons.
- Maintains and updates the patron database to ensure accuracy and currency.
- Ensures a well-maintained atmosphere by keeping Membership and Rewards counters, Rewards Circle Collection Counter, VIP counter, and gaming floors clean and organized.
- Consistently meets and exceeds predetermined targets and quotas set by management.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as prescribed by management.
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement:
- Minimum High School graduate
- Preferably University/College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration but not required
Experience Requirement:
- Experience in the gaming industry is an advantage
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) application is an advantage
- Possesses a strong command of the English language, both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- With pleasing personality, well groomed, and professional demeanor
- Demonstrates good organizational skills
- Demonstrates good communication skills
- Able to read, write, and speak in English
Other Qualifications:
- Can work in flexible schedules
- Able to work outside the standard work week as business needs
- Experience in gaming industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Chinese or Korean language
