About the job Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Brand P&L and portfolio strategy.
- Responsible for the business process including qualifying, packaging, pricing, gaining support from the key internal and external stake holders, present, forecasting volume, and getting budget approval.
- Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand's sales performance, competitive information, and market conditions to enhance the business, marketplace performance and competitiveness.
- Drives product positioning and competitive selling strategies as well as providing leadership in managing the logistics, market share and profitability of the brand in partnership with trade marketing and sales management team.
- Identifies, develops and launches business building programs and products supporting the brand portfolio.
- Works proactively with the sales and trade marketing team to identify and develop programs to generate sustainable sales and proper alignment with existing market plans.
- Collaborates and builds amazing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to advance the business marketplace performance
- Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign
- Implement projects and execute strategies with cross-functional teams
- Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.
- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
- Employ
research agencies to conduct studies on consumer markets, monitoring
market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based
upon consumer needs and spending habits
Qualifications:
- With 5-10 years of work experience in Brand marketing at FMCG industry (snack, beverage, food)
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- Amenable to work in an onsite set-up and Monday to Saturday schedule
