Summary:

A leading general insurance company is seeking a Procurement and Property Management Manager to oversee the efficient management of company facilities, procurement activities, and logistics operations. Reporting to the Chief of Operations, this supervisory role ensures effective vendor coordination, timely delivery of goods and services, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Chief of Operations and supervises a team handling property management, procurement, and logistics functions.
  • Oversees the upkeep and coordination of office facilities and leased properties.
  • Coordinates with landlords, building administrators, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, utilities, and office services.
  • Supports asset monitoring, facilities documentation, and reporting.
  • Manages end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, canvassing, vendor coordination, and purchase order processing.
  • Maintains supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Monitors vendor performance and addresses service issues as needed.
  • Ensures procurement and logistics activities comply with internal policies and control procedures.
  • Oversees logistics coordination for office supplies, equipment, and company assets, including deliveries and inter-office transfers.
  • Monitors delivery schedules and maintains logistics records for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in property management, facilities, and procurement, with supervisory experience.
  • Solid understanding of procurement, logistics processes, and internal controls.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Location: Madrigal Business Park, Muntinlupa City
