General Ledger Team Lead
About the job General Ledger Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Manages general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Supports close processes, audits, and compliance while ensuring accuracy, internal controls, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of Accounting experience
- Requires a solid technical foundation with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS) and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Qlik Sense, Podio, or Power BI is a plus.
- CPA/CMA is preferred but not required relevant experience is valued.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a collaborative, proactive approach are essential.
Work Location: Full onsite at McKinley West, Taguig or SM MOA Complex, Pasay
Work set-up: Full Onsite
Schedule: Nighshift (9pm-6am)
