About the job Custody Product and Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage custody-related sales and product management in accordance with applicable laws and regulation, the Bank's policies and related risk management policies and programs.
- Assist in the preparation of long, medium and short-term custody business and product marketing plans in accordance with the Bank's business strategies.
- Assist in the maintenance of Product-related standard documentation and provide sales support/ Request for Proposal (RFP) input where required.
- Maintain custody account relationships, provide after-sales service, organize regular client service reviews, assist in collecting client feedback, keep abreast of client demands for custody services, and comment on client-related workflows.
- Manage satisfactory relationship with clients; collaborate with operational and middle office teams to ensure effective resolution
- Cross-sell other products and services of the Bank
- Engage in client on-boarding and due diligence process
- Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support the implementation of projects.
- Enforce banking policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Proactively arrange and participate in client calls and perform service quality check-in calls to clients.
- Cross-sell other products and services of the Bank
Job Specifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (front-line experience on securities and custody business is preferred)
- Well versed with Custody product and processes
- Good communication skill written and verbal for client services
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills per the needs of team and clients
- Ability to problem solve and analyze data with demonstration of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other relevant applications
