About the job Learning & Systems Supervisor

  • Designs and delivers end-to-end digital and virtual learning solutions that align with organizational strategy and support skill-based learning pathways.

  • Manages the upload and comprehensive testing of digital learning content to ensure quality and functionality.

  • Curates, maintains, and oversees training content across multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced learning.

  • Provides solution-oriented support to instructors and system users, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and effective user training.

  • Tracks and assesses the effectiveness of learning solutions and training content, using data insights to recommend continuous improvements.

  • Partners with clients and subject matter experts to identify knowledge and skills gaps through needs assessments and analysis of performance data.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on available learning assets and resources to support learner development and growth.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Leads, mentors, and coaches Learning Specialists and Learning Systems Coordinators, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service expectations.

  • Establishes clear goals and performance measures, delivering ongoing feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.

  • Identifies skill gaps and implements customized training and development initiatives.

  • Addresses performance concerns constructively through coaching and, when required, progressive disciplinary actions.

  • Develops and maintains strong partnerships with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Communication, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Communication, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Psychology

Minimum of 5 years experience in learning, education, human resources, or a related field, including experience in team management and instructional design in a global shared service environment.

Preferred:

5 or more years experience with virtual classroom environments and software, eLearning, and virtual technology in a global shared service environment
