One of the Big Four global professional services firms is seeking a strategic Business Transformation Supervisor (Finance) to join their Advisory team. This role is essential for delivering finance and digital transformation initiatives, combining consulting and project management to drive operational excellence for clients. The ideal candidate brings a robust background in process improvement (R2R, P2P, O2C) and the ability to design technology roadmaps that align with overarching business transformation goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Transformation team to translate strategic goals into specific technology and functional requirements.
  • Design and develop technology roadmaps that align with client transformation objectives and long-term business goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions support current initiatives while maintaining future scalability and security.
  • Define and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with broad transformation strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet requirements for reliability and performance during and after transformation phases.
  • Assess and improve organizational efficiency across core financial processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's digital transformation journey.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams, supporting the development and implementation of transformation-driven solutions.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through structural and technological changes, ensuring smooth change management and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead within business transformation, change management, or process improvement.
  • Proven experience in assessing and improving financial processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
  • Proficiency in financial management (budgeting, P&L, cash flow) and data analysis.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and executing digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Advanced proficiency in business software and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent leadership and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
