Senior Specialist, Finance Systems

Position Summary

The Senior Specialist, Finance Systems is a technical lead, primarily responsible for managing complex financial system-related incidents, performing critical system administrative tasks, and supporting the development of enhancements and fixes supportive team, where everyone's contribution is welcome and where we share a mutual ambition to achieve our goals and take the Firm from strength to strength.

Duties and Accountabilities

-Handle escalations and provide technical support for finance-related processes
-Monitor and track tickets through Service Now and JIRA
-Assist in system testing, report generation, and finance system enhancements
-Support system integration, data validation, and reconciliation activities
-Conduct trainings, create process documentation, and support process improvements
-Prepare reports and provide operational support to stakeholders and management

Qualifications

-With 5–10 years of experience in finance systems operations and workflow/process mapping within Finance departments
-Strong knowledge of financial systems, preferably Elite 3E
-Background in BPO or Shared Services is an advantage
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
-Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Knowledge of SQL Server, VBA and Visio is a plus
