Role:

The Multimedia Specialist produces and manages photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, product shoots, and in-store requirements, ensuring all outputs are on-brand, well-organized, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit photos and videos for:
    1. Product shoots
    2. Digital Ads
    3. Marketing materials
    4. Social media content
    5. Events and launches
    6. Promotional and seasonal campaigns
  • Prepare storyboards, shot lists, and visual references before shoots.
  • Coordinate shoot schedules, equipment, products, locations, and other production requirements.
  • Operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production tools.
  • Edit videos and photos, including color correction, audio enhancement, retouching, and basic motion graphics.
  • Resize and adapt content for different digital platforms and screen formats.
  • Prepare, upload, and update content for store media screens.
  • Ensure that store screen content is current and properly displayed.
  • Organize, label, back up, and archive raw files, working files, and final outputs.
  • Maintain proper handling and storage of production equipment.
  • Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to execute approved concepts and campaigns.
  • Perform quality checks before submitting or publishing final materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
  • At least 3-4 years' professional experience in video production, photography, graphic design, or a similar digital media role.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
  • Knowledge of video editing, photography, lighting, composition, and color correction.
  • Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
  •  Experience working with food and grocery products is an plus.
  •  Portfolio or demo reel showing relevant photo and video work is required.
