About the job HRTS Supervisor
A leading non-profit US healthcare organization is seeking an HRTS Supervisor to oversee the configuration, integration, and implementation of critical HCM systems (UKG, Workday, ServiceNow). This role is responsible for leading the HRTS team in the Philippines, ensuring high-quality delivery of system initiatives while maintaining best-practice configurations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in HR systems with strong leadership capabilities to manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration within a large-scale healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the HRTS team in all areas of configuration to ensure consistency and adherence to best-practice standards.
- Provide guidance and oversight to HRTS staff on the configuration, integration, and implementation of HCM systems including UKG, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the HRTS team to ensure high-quality delivery, setting clear objectives and conducting performance evaluations in line with company policies and the Philippine Labor Code.
- Identify skills gaps within the team and develop tailored training plans to strengthen system expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring all system-related initiatives meet deadlines and quality requirements under pressure.
- Ensure team adherence to corporate policies, local labor laws, and data security protocols while addressing performance through constructive coaching.
- Analyze system data to identify trends and present findings concisely to stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least five years of progressive experience working in a large healthcare organization, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and deep knowledge of HRTS systems such as Workday, UKG, and ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities with a proven capacity for conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
Work Setup: Hybrid (First 3 months full on-site training; then will transition to 2–3 days RTO)
Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT)
