Area Sales Operations Director (Laguna & Makati)

Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and overseeing sales operations and strategies of its respective division and cluster to promote company's products and achieve the company's sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Sales Strategy & Policy Support:

  • Assist the Regional Sales Director and the Sales Operations Head in formulating and executing sales strategies to drive product promotion and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist the Regional Sales Director and the Sales Operations Head in analyzing market trends and client preferences to adjust sales approaches and capitalize on opportunities.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Help build and lead a motivated sales team ensuring effective execution of marketing and sales plans.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing new sales team members.

3. Product Sales & Compliance:

  • Market and sell company's products according to company pricing, payment terms, and financing schemes.
  • Ensure no deviations from company policies without prior approval.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular updates to senior management, and prepare reports on sales results and forecasts.

4. Product Knowledge, Marketing, and Promotions:

  • Stay updated on product inventory, pricing, and sale terms. Attend necessary sales training and seminars to stay informed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as the Marketing Team, to design and execute marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Represent the company at different industry events, conferences, networking events, and the likes to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create and execute campaigns to effectively market company's products.

5. Buyer Communication, Documentation & Payment Management:

  • Inform prospective buyers about sales terms and conditions.
  • Assist in completing required documentation CONFIDENTIAL and payments for product registration and ensure timely remittance of payments, including taxes and fees.

Qualifications:

  • With active PRC Real Estate Broker license
  • With active DHSUD Real Estate Broker
  • Certificate of Registration Proven experience in a senior leadership role in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and real estate laws and regulations to ensure that the organization's practices are aligned with legal requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
