Role: Events Coordinator for APAC

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a wide range of events (client-facing, internal, training, regional/global meetings)
  • Managing event logistics including budgets, travel, venue sourcing, and on-site coordination
  • Partnering closely with BD & Marketing, internal departments, and global events teams
  • Using tools such as CRM systems (e.g., InterAction) and event platforms (e.g., Cvent)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4years of Events Coordination experience in a global firm (shared services)
  • Graduate of any 4year course
  • Stakeholder management and vendor management (coordinating with venue, suppliers etc)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality event collaterals (particularly in PowerPoint and Word)
  • Strong technological capability, including navigating Firm technology and supporting both in-person and virtual events
  • Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders, including in client-facing situations
  • Strong coordination skills, particularly in managing vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing logistics across the full event lifecycle (planning, execution, and post-event reporting)
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently when needed 

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week

Schedule: Dayshift
