Role: Events Coordinator for APAC
Responsibilities:
- Supporting a wide range of events (client-facing, internal, training, regional/global meetings)
- Managing event logistics including budgets, travel, venue sourcing, and on-site coordination
- Partnering closely with BD & Marketing, internal departments, and global events teams
- Using tools such as CRM systems (e.g., InterAction) and event platforms (e.g., Cvent)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4years of Events Coordination experience in a global firm (shared services)
- Graduate of any 4year course
- Stakeholder management and vendor management (coordinating with venue, suppliers etc)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality event collaterals (particularly in PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong technological capability, including navigating Firm technology and supporting both in-person and virtual events
- Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders, including in client-facing situations
- Strong coordination skills, particularly in managing vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing logistics across the full event lifecycle (planning, execution, and post-event reporting)
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week
Schedule: Dayshift
