Job Mission

The Marketing Specialist supports the Jr. Brand Manager in the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of brand marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas

  • Serves as a brand steward, ensuring all marketing activities align with brand vision, standards, and business objectives.
  • Supports the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional calendars.
  • Helps manage the marketing budget and ensures proper tracking of campaign related expenses.
  • Coordinates day-to-day marketing activities to ensure timely and accurate implementation of projects.
  • Assists in the rollout of branding efforts, promotions, in-store initiatives, events, and product launches.
  • Conducts regular store visits to help ensure visual merchandising standards and brand consistency across retail locations.
  • Works closely with internal teams such as category management, creatives, supply chain, logistics, sales, and operations to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitors media placements and supports the tracking of campaign exposure and performance.
  • Coordinates with press, influencers, and other external partners for product features, seeding, sponsorships, partnerships, and campaign opportunities.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, coordination, and on-ground support.
  • Assists with packaging requirements and prepares external briefs for suppliers as needed.
  • Supports sourcing of materials for merchandise, activations, and other marketing requirements.
  • Coordinates with mall marketing teams for placements, event bookings, and related brand opportunities.
  • Handles in-store setup for events, brand campaigns, and in-store rollouts.
  • Assists with social media posting and copywriting as needed to support brand visibility and engagement.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with external suppliers and agencies for purchasing, advertising, media placements, and service requests.
  • Processes and encodes payment requests and monitors the timely settlement of marketing-related expenses.
  • Compiles and distributes budget reports, campaign trackers, and other financial or statistical information.
  • Prepares reports, press releases, presentations, and other company documents as needed.
  • Conducts market research, competitor benchmarking, and other studies to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Performs other ad hoc tasks as may be required and relevant to the role.

Essential Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic business software applications and marketing tools.
