Base location: Manila

Education Qualification: Graduate: Computer graduate / BE Computers

Experience: 3-5 years

Essential Skills

Has understanding of Point of Sales application and Inventory management system

Technical Knowledge-

• Expert in Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis
• Basic Database Understanding - SQL skills, how to extract a log file, Cloud environment

Personality Traits-

• Should be savvy of working on Business Application involving inventory management
• Should be able to multi-task and track SLA's
• Should be able to produce the best result in pressure situations.
• Should be able to work in team as well as individual.

Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of how point ofsales operations and inventory management work
• Managing Customer communication
• Managing incident lifecycle
• To make the Test plan for incidents that require L3 fix
• To support customer in implementing the solution

Work set-up: Remote (M- F)

Must be willing to provide weekend support.
