Job Summary

  • Sales Operations and Administration: Manage overall sales operations and administration in the assigned sales area with an ownership mindset to ensure productivity, profitability, and compliance with CRR, company policies, and guidelines.
  • Sales Target and Profitability: Responsible for achieving the area's sales targets and optimizing profits by formulating and implementing cost-efficient business strategies and tactics aligned with the company's direction.
  • Expense Management: Oversee and manage retail sales expenses, ensuring they are necessary, appropriate, and within the approved budget.
  • Human Resource Management and Development: Manage and develop human resources within the area by providing continuous education and training, while fostering a conducive and positive working environment.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related course.
  • Proven experience in sales, operations, or management (at least 5 years in a managerial role).
  • Experience in handling multiple branches, stores, or teams in a specific region or area.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational or sales challenges.
  • Ability to implement strategies and achieve sales or operational goals.
  • Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Capable of leading, motivating, and managing teams to achieve organizational objectives effectively.
  • Proven ability to create and implement effective business plans aligned with company goals.
  • Skilled in analyzing problems, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Able to make good decisions and take action in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage key accounts, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
