Business Transformation Supervisor

One of the Big Four professional services firms is seeking a Business Transformation Supervisor to lead and manage business transformation initiatives with a specialized focus on designing and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions. This role is responsible for translating transformation goals into technical requirements, developing technology roadmaps, and ensuring solutions align with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, project management, and business analysis within a transformation-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Transformation team to understand and translate business transformation goals into technology requirements.
• Design technology solutions that align with the organization's transformation objectives and broader business goals.
• Develop technology roadmap to support business transformation efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring technology solutions support both current transformation initiatives and future scalability.
• Define and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with transformation strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet requirements for scalability, security, and reliability during and after transformation phases.
• Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's transformation journey.
• Provide guidance to technical teams, supporting the development and implementation of transformation-driven technology solutions.
• Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field, with a strong background in software development and system integration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud computing, service-oriented architecture, microservices, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy best practices, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
