In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the customers. The role requires you to handle a variety of responsibilities, and your contributions will directly influence the success of both company and customers businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure they are resolved effectively.

Provide product demonstrations and guide customers through solutions to their concerns.

Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems to identify appropriate solutions.

Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Properly document issues and ensure they are fully resolved.

Respond to customer questions through email, phone calls, and live video calls.

Look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional support.
About You:

Demonstrates empathy and patience when assisting customers.

Naturally curious with a strong problem-solving attitude.

Possesses solid analytical skills, as the product involves significant use of data and numbers.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Achieved a math score of at least 85% in 10th grade
Work set-up: Remote
Schedule: 4:30 a.m. PH time to 1:00 p.m. PH time any five (5) days of the week.
