In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the customers. The role requires you to handle a variety of responsibilities, and your contributions will directly influence the success of both company and customers businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure they are resolved effectively.

  • Provide product demonstrations and guide customers through solutions to their concerns.

  • Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems to identify appropriate solutions.

  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

  • Properly document issues and ensure they are fully resolved.

  • Respond to customer questions through email, phone calls, and live video calls.

  • Look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional support.

About You:

  • Demonstrates empathy and patience when assisting customers.

  • Naturally curious with a strong problem-solving attitude.

  • Possesses solid analytical skills, as the product involves significant use of data and numbers.

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Achieved a math score of at least 85% in 10th grade


Work set-up: Remote

Schedule:  4:30 a.m. PH time to 1:00 p.m. PH time any five (5) days of the week.
