IT Business Analyst
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our growing data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies that enhance performance and support organizational goals. This role involves close collaboration with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate data insights into impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis testing to evaluate process or feature performance.

Apply natural language processing (NLP) methods to assess unstructured data such as user reviews and feedback.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy predictive models (e.g., demand forecasting, customer behavior analysis).

Utilize cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) for large-scale data processing and analysis.

Automate data collection, reporting, and routine processes using RPA or no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).

Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, data science, and analytics to continuously improve methodologies and tools.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Masters degree in Applied Data Science or a similar discipline is a plus.

Proven experience in data analytics, statistics, or business analysis, applying quantitative methods to solve business challenges.

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
