Duties & responsibilities of Senior Interior Designer
- Creative Designers on various high profile creative workplace projects.
- Strong Space planning, design concepts, documentation, detailing and presenting.
- Participate in selection of furniture systems and specifications.
- Through professional leadership, assisting in raising the standard of knowledge of staff engaged on the project.
- Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high quality spaces.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an interior designer, with a focus on commercial/workplace interior projects for at least 2 years, either consultancy or preferably design and build.
- Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials.
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, EnScape Render engine and Adobe Creative Suite. Autodesk Revit is a plus.
- Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
- Ability to work well in a multi-cultural, multi lingual team environment.
- Understand and execute design ideas as instructed by seniors and produce quickly and accurately.
