Duties & responsibilities of Senior Interior Designer

  • Creative Designers on various high profile creative workplace projects.
  • Strong Space planning, design concepts, documentation, detailing and presenting.
  • Participate in selection of furniture systems and specifications.
  • Through professional leadership, assisting in raising the standard of knowledge of staff engaged on the project.
  • Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high quality spaces.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
  •  5+ years of experience as an interior designer, with a focus on commercial/workplace interior projects for at least 2 years, either consultancy or preferably design and build.
  • Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials.
  • Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, EnScape Render engine and Adobe Creative Suite. Autodesk Revit is a plus.
  • Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Ability to work well in a multi-cultural, multi lingual team environment.
  • Understand and execute design ideas as instructed by seniors and produce quickly and accurately.
