About the job Learning Systems Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Administers and supports the enterprise Learning Management System (Workday Learning), including content uploads, testing, course assignments, compliance monitoring, and course deactivation or archiving.
- Oversees learning campaigns and required training assignments in collaboration with HR, compliance partners, and learning architects.
- Delivers Tier 1–2 support for LMS users and instructors by troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, maintaining knowledge base documentation, and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborates with HR stakeholders to test and launch new learning solutions, system upgrades, and enhancements within Workday Learning.
- Manages scheduled system updates, performs regression testing, and communicates system changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Creates user guides, job aids, and training resources to drive adoption of LMS functionality and processes.
- Produces and shares standard and ad hoc reports to support compliance, regulatory, and operational needs, uploading reports to Tableau to populate learning dashboards.
- Maintains accurate documentation of course requests, approvals, and updates using HR ServiceNow and related systems.
- Supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the learner experience.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required: 1-2 years of experience in LMS administration, HR systems, or IT system management.
Experience with Workday Learning or similar enterprise LMS.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, compliance training, and e-learning best practices.
Exposure to healthcare or highly regulated industries preferred
